Orders and Shipments:



Orders can be placed on our website at any time.


In most cases, If the order placed before 1 PM PT (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will ship that same day.
Estimated arrival time will vary depending upon the shipping method chosen at checkout.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.


Free ground shipping is available to home addresses in the contiguous United States for items value more then $249.
Large items such as TVs may be subject to additional freight charges. PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO and addresses outside the United States are not eligible for free shipping.


An email containing your order confirmation will be sent after completion of your order online or by phone. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam filter. If you still have not received an email confirmation please contact us and we will be happy to verify your order.


You can use the link at the top of the site. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code.


You may request a change to your order or may cancel it by phone so long as it has not been processed for shipping. Since orders are usually processed quickly please notify us of an order change or cancellation by calling our Customer Support phone at -1-323-457-5566. or send a text message to 1-323-457-5566 for quick response. Notification by email is not recommended due to the speed of processing the order.


No. We currently ship to USA addresses only.


CompTechDirect will charge applicable sales tax for order delivered to an address in the state of California, or if your credit card billing address is in the state of California. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states in the United States.


Since we are shipping through FedEx, UPS as our shipping carrier, we may not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, FPO Boxes, and Military address.


No. If your order has not yet shipped, we may able to cancel your order and refund your money and you must place a new order with a correct address. We can’t modify or change the ship to address.


All packages shipped from CompTechDirect.com may require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. No exceptions!
Please arrange for someone to sign if you are unable to receive the package upon delivery. FedEx will attempt to deliver your package 3 times before returning it to us.


Unfortunately hold for pick up option is not available.

Product Returns:



If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to evaluate your item and initiate a return through our Return Center ,subject to the conditions apply, please review our Return Policy to see if you item qualify for a return.


If the criteria listed in our Return Policy are met, CompTechDirect will not charge any restocking fees. If all conditions are not met, CompTechDirect reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the item's retail price.


In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Refunds for returns are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.


If you purchased a product from CompTechDirect.com that you wish to exchange for an alternative product you can return the item for a full refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund credit cannot be applied to a new purchase.


Many items can be still be returned even once opened. Please review our Return Policy.


We’re sorry to hear that your item isn't your 100% satisfactory. Our product specialists may be able to help you determine whether the item is defective. Another helpful resource is to contact the manufacturer.


Any item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced or returned for a full refund.

Claims for items damaged in transit or missing items must be reported within two business days of receipt of the shipment. We may required an images of the damaged unit, We’ll begin the claims process with the carrier on your behalf. Please review our Return Policy.


Two common reasons why an item can't be returned: 1.It's past 30 days return window period from the date of purchase. 2.Non- Returnable Items: Please review our Return Policy to see if your item qualify for a return.
